Who is the maiden
Lighting the diya
At eve
In my mann-mandir,
Inner Temple of Heart?

Is love so pure and chaste,
So sacrosanct
That we do not feel it so often?

Strange the worshipper,
The priestess of love,
How the flower petals,
Shraddha ke suman
She holding to offer!
