Depression

A depression in sea

Turns into a storm or cyclone

Depression in mind 

Too leads to a tornado.

Clash of uncontrolled emotions

Causes a thunder and storm

Just a whirlwind --

The emotions and thoughts

Go round and round

To the point of gusty 

Burst of Emotions that

Not only ruins the person

But, also those around.

How to calm down 

Such disturbed mind and senses,

I only feel that shows

The Human mind is as weak as 

It is powerful, though

A slight imbalance or disturbance

Can send him to the abyss.

There is always calm before

And after the storm.

It is for us to realize whether

The mysterious tranquility

Leads us to calmness or calamity!
