Where we reached in search of happiness.
Difficult was its destination
Myriad paths, aplenty thorns to pavement clash,
Fairly raptured by opulent sight of happiness
Knew nothing how from where, to where we came.
Never pondered upon losses in lieu
Just threw ourselves in pursuit of ecstasy,
Despondency made us stronger, new.
Never liked you and fed up with perplexity.
Your tough tests broke us
Bore them in hope of happiness,
Ever furnished its shadow in stopping of success
Emerged stronger and wiser, nevertheless pined for you.

Sorrow made us feel value of ecstasy
Happiness arrived and disappeared fast,
Cleared transitory nature but is ever classy.
Its retaining is impossible and tough in forecast.
In absence of despondency, no celebration of happiness,
In pursuit of happiness, we reached from where, to where.
