I never feel tired of visiting a bookshop
Whether I buy some book or not
The arrays of books in many languages
Make me feel thrilled for
Some strange reasons.
The colorful cover pages
The impeccable bindings
The peculiar smell of a new book
Which touches feebly when
We open them softly,
I feel some inexplicable chemistry
Works between me and the books.
Further, bookshops are never crowded
One can walk freely in aisles
Some even have sofas or chairs
For the interested to read a few pages.
Is it not a wonderful gesture
For the book lovers to browse
The books without disturbance?
I wish to have and see more
Bookshops and Libraries
Because they are not just timepass
But passages to knowledge.
