There is always a saying:
Honesty is a rare commodity
It is, indeed, true in our life
None can claim their integrity
Is not tainted or sincere.
The human mind is so unsteady
It always keeps wandering
Only with the ‘Self’ in the mind
No wonder our acts are made
As per their whims and fancies.
We never care if our dishonesty
Like even a small Lie, Indifference, Anger
Or even Love or Care or
Showing of Concern or Knowledge,
Lack of Purity are for reasons only
Known to Us and Us alone!
True, it is surely a matter of Shame
But we all know how to
Walk with our heads high
Caring little for that word
Honestly ‘Honesty’! |
