Face Value

Life seemed to 
be moving 
at its own pace,
time looked like 
passing as usual 
But I was shocked 
this morning 
when my mirror 
told me that
razor and
face cream 
won't do any good
to my withered face
nor a thorough 
face massage 
will make 
any difference 
as the tube
Containing
hopes which
I have been
using ever since 
got exhausted 
and needed to
be filled right now.
