He has torn

His clothing,

His faded jeans

And says:

It's my style!

What modernity it is

I don't understand!

When clothes wear and tear,

We discard them.

But here, men like him

Are tearing their clothes

Making patches and darns

To look the ragged man

In ultra-modern style!
