A parrot was
keeping up
with his flock,
abiding by rules
of the flock,
always
made to sing -
only the song
the flock liked
during every
flight with his
flock.
There were
some places
Where he
wished to
stay for a while,
but the command
made him carry on
with the flock.
One evening,
way back to
the home tree,
a fierce storm
came into
the flock's way
that dispersed
everyone.
The flock lost
its birds,
our parrot too
was thrown away
by strong winds,
but luckily survived.
Along with all
his simple wishes
now he's all alone
but finds himself
with all liberties,
the liberty of -
singing his
own songs,
the liberty of
staying wherever
he likes,
the liberty of -
following his
own rules.
What a lovely and
nice storm this had been
which came in the way
of our naive parrot!
[Liberty is still desired even when you are not caged.]
