Mountains are high,
but their beauties are near,
clearly seen by the eye
all stand before me ever.

Rising rays in the east,
their radiance glows here
to the eyes they’re a feast
all stand before me ever.

Stars are in the sky,
twinkles for joys as an offer
they stoop to tell all high
all stand before me ever.

All visuals to excel,
for the attraction of the viewer
as the scenes of tinsel
all stand before me ever.

Birds sing on trees,
in vales and dales everywhere
to echo their melodies
all stand before me ever.

Fragrance to gladden,
everyone from every flower
as the treasure hidden
all stand before me ever.

The senses in governance
of beauties in a joyous bower
to act and react in vibrance,
all stand before me ever,

For they are pen pictures
in poems for an avid reader
like me to read for raptures
all stand before me ever.
