Mother in the form of Jagadhatri, 

Saviour of the World, 

One who upholds, 

Creates and rears, 

I see the iconography 

And try to understand the myth behind 

The celebration and the worship, 

The shroud of mystery around 

And the cult continuing.... 

How to get rid of vicissitudes, 

How to pray to seek boon and blessing 

For safeguarding our good earth?
