The auto-rickshaw driver stopped the vehicle, seeing
the red light at the traffic signal, waiting
at the road junction, I noticed a beggar squeezing
himself in between vehicles, he was begging
from the occupants in the vehicles, looking
At his good physique, I felt he should work and earn his living.
When he came near my vehicle, I expressed what I was feeling.
His response was “I am not seeking your advice for my earning”
Then he turned to the car close to my vehicle and started tapping
The glass window of the car, the person sitting in front of the steering
Wheel was busy browsing his mobile, then the beggar remarked:
You are owning a big car but you need to have a large heart for fellow beings.
Then he approached a person sitting
On a two-wheeler, that person put his hand in his shirt pocket, while taking
Something from his pocket, his mobile phone started ringing,
he took the mobile from his pocket and started talking,
the beggar as usual remarked:
By giving me what you have in your pocket, your treasury will not be dwindling.
Meanwhile, the green light at the signal started indicating
The vehicles could move, then all of them started moving.
The beggar’s comments about the people are indicating
His profession is begging and commenting. |
