A group of deer was grazing
On the land covered with grass adjoining
A mango grove, suddenly they were running
And they started jumping,
A group of young monkeys were sitting
On mango trees watching
The way the deer were enjoying.
The monkeys felt they should attempt running
Along with them then they felt it was not that easy following,
Then they decided to keep jumping
From one branch to other branches of the mango trees
This way they felt they were jumping
Like deer, but this resulted in
Fruits and leaves falling
From the tree on the ground, blocking
The way the deer were running.
The deer then decided changing
Their route of running and jumping
To a place where there were no trees.
Then the monkeys were regretting
Their way of behaving, they felt
That they should keep doing
What they were good at and stop
Creating problems for others by aping. |
