Reflections happen

As one ages....

Some are memorable

Some feel good

Some despicable

Some happy

Some sad and bad

Some make us proud

Some make us cringe

Some make us angry

The looking back

Is not always a pleasant one

For all….why for anyone

It is for us to filter

For us to retain

For us to protect

For us to tell others

For us to be silent

Understand that 

We are bundles of 

Contradictions

Yet feel and accept 

As what we are!

Sad in this, there is

No choice!
