You wake with the twitter of the birds,
and you know it is dawn.
The sun begins to set its glory
And soon you feel belonged.
The birds chirp, the flowers bloom,
the cool winds begin to blow.
And when you look at the morning dew
you feel so fresh and new.
And soon the morning turns into afternoon,
there's calmness all around.
The birds are quite, the streets calm,
the weather turns sunny and warm.
But still there's life in everything
as you look around.
As the time passes and the earth spins,
the afternoon turns into evening,
the birds set back for homes.
The sunset seems so livid and live
And the dusk arrives.
Soon the sky turns exotic black
and you know it is night
The twinkling stars, the cool breeze,
the romantic moods, the moonlit terrains
are all set back again.
The mountains sleep, the skies sleep,
the birds, the bees, the butterflies sleep.
to witness the dawn again.
