Smiling wide with a light in eyes
Who knows what’s going inside!
Every moment has become toil,
Gradually ruining this temple that would one day be soil.
Knowing what is right,
Still are lured towards what looks bright.
Open eyes deny things seen,
Where His given courage has been?
A talent endowed by Him, to abide,
But trivialities stop the soul to go against the tide.
A second, a minute, a day till years,
Fretting lays waste due to pointless fears.
Dead are remembered, alive paid no heed,
To understand this, how many deaths a man’s eyes need?
Things may not always go your way,
But birth of sun symbolizes of yet another hopeful day.
Simple or complex each day may be,
Life is like, the way you see.
