Sometimes

Sometimes I wish things were different,
Sometimes I wish they were the same;
Sometimes I sit and wonder,
Why you caused me all that pain.

Sometimes I knew we were meant to be together,
Sometimes I wish we'd never met;
Sometimes I'd want to work this out,
But then, I knew I couldn't take this bet.

Sometimes I'd feel hurt,
When I'd look back at what went wrong;
But now I know that I've got to move on,
Coz our life was never a song.

So with a heavy heart, I bid goodbye,
And hope you can do the same;
Erase everything from your memory,
About us, me.......even my name.
