Ever since your well meant advice…
Like sand,
Connections have slipped from my life..
‘All animals are equal,
Some are more equal than others’
No person is indispensable,
So some must be more dispensable than others..
And in this advantage of solitude,
I must put all contentions to rest,
And wake up to life- the same,
After appropriately devaluing myself..
Accepting: not all are meant for as much companionship,
Some must earn their affection…
