Seeing

Close your eyes to see,
Touch without touching,
Know without contacting.

The shadows tell you all,
The way they move or stand still,
Who is where and why?

You may climb the mountains
Traverse the continents
But may not find time to look within.

Confront the dragons inside
The frightening essences now
And help them to find your care.

Touch the invisible with deliberation
Walk with audacity
And then you will know the world.
