Every time I try to forget you
My efforts are in vain
As you come back to my mind
Again and again.
I try hard to eradicate you
From my life forever,
But you always rule my world
And never do me this favour.
Every night I stare at the dark
As solitude whispers in my ear,
Without you I am dying daily,
I am turning insane, I fear.
Even the bricks, the walls of my room
Can hear my heart’s cry, can’t you?
Will you never realize my pain,
The traumatic phase am going through?
When you called me with your arms wide,
I felt am the luckiest on earth,
A little concern of yours for me
Can give me immense mirth.
I pen down my love in poetries,
So am awake at night atleast till two,
Yet what’s it that can bring you back,
I don’t have any clue.
All the time I try to control
My ever flowing feelings for you,
But I end up in kissing your pic,
Whenever in my cell, I see you.
You conquer my dreams, my thoughts
On a day to day basis,
In the desert of the void within me
Your love is the oasis! |
