Some Thoughts on Women's Day

Dark thoughts cross my mind
As only the more fortunate can
Celebrate Women's Day

For the less fortunate
It is just another day
Of pain and drudgery

They will continue to endure
Their daily hardships and misery
With a sense of fatality -word less
