There is a volcano
erupting inside her and
the burning smoldering lava
is flowing out in the form of
raging outbursts
of words and tears.
The
build-up of
anger, discontentment
and feeling of helplessness
suppressed
over
a long long time
had to some day
erupt and find its
release
in
a form which
destroys and burns
anything & everything
that comes in
its wake.
If only...
those emotions and feelings
had been acknowledged
expressed and released
as and when they arose.
Surely that would have
created sparks and
little fires of conflict
but at least that
would not
have been
as devastating
as a volcano that is
erupting inside her today.
