One dark night
He challenged me
To a real fight
I was truly afraid
Was it right
After all he was the
One with the might
And I did not want
To lose my sight
And forego foolishly
All my rights
All because I did
Fly my kite
Higher than he did!!
Never the less
I tried to be polite
And told him
It would be alright
If we agreed
Not to fight
A sport in which
I found no delight
He was angered
Turned chalk white
I relented and
Finally we did fight
I used all my skills
Plus a bit of might
Until Dad appeared
And ended the fight.
