Crestfallen and heartbroken
That the concentric link we wove so far
Ripped through like a shooting star
Ignited into a lightening spray across our universe
And stood still once the other bore an unseen pin
Of misunderstanding amongst us
Now every single eye contact once lit with glamor
Is only but a speck of vague swaying of the pendulum of mistrust
The times of pure open arm embrace change our balance
We trip; we fall, yet stand upright with the will
Tomorrow is there for resilient turns
For the purity of our long lost ethereal togetherness
Will forever be in spite of our trips and falls?
