Driving up the mountain track
Passing through a thicket of pink wild flowers
Brings reminiscences of times gone by
As youngsters playing hide and seek
We stumble over a cave-like hide-out
And find a spectacular treat to our eyes
Translucent clear blue waters glisten
As a drop in each pink petal set afloat
Attracting little patter of little feet
Trying to win a ride
Set aglow with the sun playing truant
A camouflage to invite its embrace
Hopping here and there
They just fall in each other’s arms
And hold on till its time to realize
All is well that goes well
Time to bid good bye
