Chair not for sit-down type
Look at the chair, son
Your dad used to sit on it
When he was young and active.

The ropes hanging there
Reminds me of his hard work
on the fields and in the barn.

He wasn’t sit-down type
He grew big as the years passed
A bit less comfortable.

Once he fell and gone
Reminds me of him daily
Smell tobacco in casket.
