Trouble makers  revel
when terrorists  attack
they are incited to react 
to go on the rampage

The gorier the scene
the happier they are
their acts they believe
get truly legitimised

Unfortunate as it sounds
bad social elements just wait
in the wings for opportunities
to launch their brand of terror

The hapless citizen looks on
in absolute horror and fear
hoping the law keepers will
protect his life and property
