Weaving - A Dream

She began to weave a dream
Around what she really thought was true love

She carefully selected
Each silken skein to add the right touch of colour

She used different needles
To show off the beauty of her intricately woven dream

She was delighted when
She reviewed the almost finished dream product

The tapestry looked
So beautiful reflecting her faith in the dream of love

Then came the rude shock
The dream began to disintegrate slowly before her eyes

Instead of a finely woven dream
She ended up in tears with a mass of tangled skeins
