What I am today
is because parents and the society.
What my parents were,
was because of their parents and the society of their time.
It is very difficult to be different
from parents' influences,
family mores,
and social diktats.
Every change is faught to be brought about.
Existing practices are like scales.
They get shorn in the winters of life.
If anyone thinks life is a cake walk,
he is terribly mistaken.
When you see somebody big,
know it that he has done some hurdle jumps.
But society mores are like marathon walks.
