more cunning too.
The elder speaks little,
believes anybody even less.
The younger slanders,
misguides,
suffers from overt one-up-ship.
The elder keeps things within,
blurts out to inflame,
and suffers from one-up-ship
less overt.
Both bring daughters in law.
One gets a daughter-in-law
like her elder sister,
the other more like her younger sister.
Think of the plight of their sons.
God, why do you play such games?
Inscrutable are His ways!
