Theme: Melancholy

No Goodbye

I have saved a fist full of dust
from the inevident dusk.
I have picked up a few stone-plates
from the ravages.

Tucked up some gelatin
from the kiss you had last given me
and a pair of wings from the eyelids
before those were still.

I fly, fly and fly eternally
over the flow-bed that all are human.
I wait not for the halo but for
the harvest season...
you sow my seeds.

I wait not for the screen drop
but for the ballet yet to begin.
I never say goodbye
You say it or not
it's all up to you.

Comment Yes, I liked it. My dear friend, the writer, have gone through the normal twist & turns of life, & the elixer collected within will be expressed in many ways. Wishing him a healthy, joyful life.
