Slow, like a movie,
My racing mind walks to you.
Picturesque, the hallway walls
Pull away from me, towards you.
A squeeze in my back flutters
And I am reminded of nothing.
The tear began quickly and now
Runs down my jaw, into my neck.
Your brilliance arcs through my
Aching belly.
Warmth rings a bell within me,
My senses and temperament unchanged,
I nestle my tenants within you
And reach in all directions
Claiming it as my own.
A place for solitude,
Here, I lay my breath…
And
Can touch your spirit.
