I sometime wonder,
should I have ill feeling
for a ruler who came from outside
and ruled India?
After a war the winner takes over
the kingdom of the vanquished.
He then settles down
and tries to win over
the new subjects.
I have no comments to make
about the adventurers.
Why the neighbours did not keep
best of terms and thought of overruling
only historians can say.
But common man adjusts.
But the kings that are
have ill comments to make
about their predecessors,
forgetting, the earlier rulers too enriched
the society with new thoughts,
new outlook, new skills, new cuitures.
