I was raised in the beautiful city of Salzburg, Austria and was educated at the Benedictine Abbey Frauenchiemsee in Bavaria. After graduation I went on to study music and dramatic arts at the Salzburg Academy orf Performing Arts and wa active in the performing arts at a young age. I also studied languages at Perugia, Italy University before emigrating to Canada in 1958 and then worked my way across Canada asx a foreign language translator. I met my late husband Stephen in Montreal and we came to the United States in 1965. I retired from my career as a translaztor and artiist but still enojoy painting, sculpture and working with underprivileged children in the public schools.
