I'm Gomati Dittakavi Jonnalagadda, a post graduate in physics, psychology and education. I'm 7th generation teacher if i take my genepool into consideration. I'm a trained carnatic musician, avid reader, active member in group discussions held in hyderabad and associated with many voluntary organizations that work with/for children. Was into teaching right from the age of 13 as I'm eledest daughter of a Teacher. Our house was almost like a library with kids of all sizes and shapes walking in to talk to dad and I used to entertain my juniors and many times landed up in helping them in finishing their home work. I and my sis were together in this project and took up seriously to make our brother and his friends learn. This helped me a lot and I still remember the concepts that were taught to me from nursery...including the rhymes.
What made me join this? There was constant reference of this site by one friend Nikhilesh Mathur and was intrigued by this. Wanted to see what exactly is boloji. Was reading articles and decided that I should join this too. I hope that I'll be able to learn from eminent scholars who are a part of this.
