Prof. Shubha Tiwari is the Vice-Chancellor of Maharaja Chhatrasal Bundelkhand University, Chhatarpur, M.P., India. She has written two books and has edited ten books. She has two hundred and eighty published research papers. With three decades of research and teaching experience, she has successfully completed one minor and one major UGC research project.
