Baburaj Nair is Vice President - Human Resources of Harrisons Malayalam Limited, one of the oldest agri-based company, based in Kochi, Kerala. He has around 14 papers in the field of HR and a poem to his credit and a co-edited book in HR, published by Tata McGraw Hill Publications. Most of his papers are published as part of the Edited books, published by Tata McGraw and also in leading Newspapers such as Hindu, Times of India, and Indian Express. His poem "Id" was published in Times of India. Has worked as an Advisory Board Member in Primary Education Project for 4 years for Aga Khan International, Delhi. His hobbies are Chess and Writing - articles/ Essays/Poems.
He was also a Guest Faculty in premier management Institutes including Tata Institute of Social Sciences, School of Management, IIT, Mumbai, SCMHRD, Pune, Jasons Business School, Coimbatore, NMMS, Mumbai etc. He was also a Chief Guest for Delhi Public School's Independence Day in 2007; Chief Guest for the Passing Out Ceremony of the DC School of Management and Institute, Kerala.
