I am Ghansham Sardar Baviskar, Asst. Prof. in English at G. E. Society's RNC Arts, JDB Commerce & NSC Science College, Nasik, Maharashtra, India. I write poems mostly on the issues of marginalities and explore the pertinent struggles of suppressed, oppressed masses for their human rights denied by the Varna system & their protest to create egalitarian society.
